Welcome to RepairBit. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Services: Refers to all repair, maintenance, optimization, cleaning, audit, procurement, and related services offered by RepairBit.
Client: The person or entity purchasing or using our services.
ASIC: Application-specific integrated circuit, typically used in cryptocurrency mining equipment.
Scope of Services: RepairBit provides bespoke repair, maintenance, and optimization solutions for mining equipment, including but not limited to hash board and chip-level repair, ASIC optimization, immersion and ambient air preparation, audit and procurement services, and on-site support.
Service Location: Services may be performed at our Ohio-based facility or on-site at the client’s location, as agreed upon.
Service Limitations: Services are subject to the availability of parts, equipment condition, and client cooperation. Certain repairs may not be possible due to technical or economic reason.
Ownership and Authorization: The client represents and warrants that they are the owner of the equipment or have the authority to consent to its inspection and repair.
Equipment Preparation: The client must ensure equipment is prepared for service as instructed by RepairBit.
Access and Cooperation: The client agrees to provide necessary access to equipment and facilities, and to cooperate with RepairBit personnel during service delivery.
Safety and Compliance: The client must maintain a safe working environment and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
Response and Completion Times: RepairBit strives to provide prompt service, but specific response and completion times may vary depending on workload and equipment condition.
Diagnosis and Repair: RepairBit reserves the right to refuse service if equipment ownership or authorization cannot be verified. The client authorizes RepairBit to perform necessary diagnostics, repairs, and modifications, which may be irreversible.
Parts and Components: RepairBit may use new, rebuilt, reconditioned, or refurbished parts as necessary for repairs.
Quotations and Estimates: RepairBit will provide a cost estimate for services where possible. The client may set cost limits, and RepairBit will seek approval before exceeding these limits by more than 15%.
Payment Terms: Payment is due as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Invoicing: RepairBit will issue invoices for all services rendered.
Service Warranty: RepairBit provides a 30-day warranty on all services rendered, unless otherwise specified.
Liability: RepairBit is not liable for damage resulting from client negligence, unauthorized repairs, or modifications. Liability for non-realizable repairs is limited as set forth in these terms.
Force Majeure: Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply shortages.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice, subject to any ongoing obligations.
Renewal: Service agreements may be renewed or extended by mutual written agreement.
Proprietary Information: All proprietary tools, processes, and documentation developed by RepairBit remain the exclusive property of RepairBit.
Client Data: Client data will be handled in accordance with RepairBit’s Privacy Policy.
Modifications: These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or, if necessary, litigation in Ohio.
